Autorox Helps Carma to Streamline Insurance Claims Review and Digitalized Workshops in Singapore
Introduction
In January 2023, Autorox partnered with Carma, an insurance claims reviewer firm based out of Singapore, to help them manage their motor claims review process for India International Insurance Company (III). Carma had been using traditional insurance software to review their claims, but the earlier software lacked capabilities of real-time estimate approval, involved a lot of manual entries, and was cumbersome to use. After careful evaluation and comparison with other software providers, Carma decided to choose to partner with Autorox. By virtue of this partnership, Carma would be using Autorox Claims Management Solution to manage all the motor claims they would be reviewing for insurance companies. Moreover, Carma would also be Autorox’s technology partner to digitalize the auto repair workshops with whom Carma has partnered to get the insurance vehicle servicing to be done.

Starting off with 100 claims per month in January 2023, Carma has been able to increase the claims reviewed to 400 claims in April 2023, a 300% increase in just four months. Also, as part of the digitalization of workshops, the rollout started with 7 garages in April 2022, and as of today, Carma has scaled its network of workshops to over 100 outlets across Singapore. Autorox has also successfully implemented various customization requests from Carma to make the technology ideal for Carma’s business. With all the systems streamlined now across the network, Carma is now in a position to rapidly expand their network and cover 1000 workshops across Singapore in the next financial year.
